| Speaker | Andrew Walsh, Treasurer, reported a balance of $1033 in NYBA account, to be reduced by $200 for website development fee. |
| Discussion | Minutes of meeting held February 10, 2011 were approved.
Membership form was reviewed with regard to needed changes. Several people put in suggestions for changing the form and a final copy was to be sent to Tina Burnell. It was decided mission statement should be a site page, with bylaws included by link. Tina B. will work on building website for 6 months. Tina needs photos of companies, and photos of town for site. Applications should be mailed with checks to P.O. Box 425, Cumberland, ME 04021. Tina will add contacts and phone numbers to website, and members should link their sites to NYBA site. Thad Day did a Google search “north yarmouth b” and we came up 2nd or 3rd in the search. Minutes now to be posted on website. Discussion was held on membership drive to boost our numbers and develop better group recognition. Dale Burnell and Margie Hansel will be speakers at the next two monthly meetings. |
